I'm still out of control with the fabric buying. See?
I'm trying to overpower the urge to have them all. These are Michael Miller's Cotton Couture which carries about 85 colors. That's almost manageable compared with Kona's 300-some. I'm not that crazy. Actually I don't think I'll buy all 85 of the Cotton Couture either. I'm pretty sure my family would prefer eating to gazing at my gorgeous collection of solids.
I went through the same thing when I was a teen (or maybe tween?) first learning how to make those macrame/friendship bracelets out of embroidery floss. I wanted to have ALL the colors. I didn't succumb then either, but I did have quite a few.
And don't even get me started on the box of 64 Crayolas. I didn't even want to color with them. I just wanted to sort them over and over in different color combinations - although I have to say that rainbow order was pretty important.
Please tell me you know what I mean?
