Don't Give Up on Me

I hate that my blogging has been so infrequent and that when I have blogged, it's been lacking in craftiness.  Please don't give up on me though!  I finally did have some limited time in my craft room this weekend, and I'm about half way done with a tutorial for my tree pillow.  I'm making a second pillow and taking a bunch of pictures, so I can give you the step by step instructions.  If you're already comfortable with applique (I did raw-edge), you can print out my tree drawing here and here.  You have to tape the two pages together after you print them, but it really will fit on one sheet of that fusible paper stuff (can't think of what that's called at the moment).  

I won second place in the Sew Mama Sew pillow contest which was so exciting for me.  I couldn't believe it when I scrolled down and saw the picture of my pillow.  I was pretty excited to even make it into the initial cut.  Thanks for voting for me!
